Your team focuses on innovating. Robots focus on execution.
At Run IT, we help your team focus on what truly creates value, while repetitive processes run automatically—error-free and in less time.
We analyze your company’s critical workflows and, through intelligent digitization and automation, we make “robots” take over operational tasks—integrating systems and making the most of your existing data and technology.
That’s why we deliver rpa implementation services with Microsoft Power Automate—a Gartner®-recognized RPA leader—to help you improve productivity and cut costs from day one.
Your operations depend on multiple approvals, which often reduces agility in delivering value to your customers.

Your team performs routine, mechanical work that increases costs and impacts goal achievement.

A single mistake can cost hours, money, and credibility. Automation reduces risk and ensures accuracy.
The goal is to free up organizational time so you can focus on more strategic actions that help the company deliver value and drive growth.

When systems don’t integrate, people must spend time collecting data and manually stitching everything together.
Our specialists analyze your operations to identify tasks suitable for automation, prioritize those that bring the greatest business value, and design an automation strategy.
Aligned with your expectations and available resources, we build a solution by implementing RPA technology and Microsoft Power Platform.
We support your organization throughout its automation strategy, working with an agile, continuous-delivery approach. We produce documentation and train your team to make adoption easy.
At Run IT, we work with advanced, easy-to-adopt technology such as Microsoft Power Automate, a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (2022).
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) makes it possible to automate repetitive desktop processes. It’s essentially aimed at anyone who performs simple or complex rule-based tasks from their workstations.
Home users, small businesses, and larger organizations can take advantage of automation capabilities in Power Automate Desktop by interacting with everyday tools such as email, web browsers, Excel, and by working with modern and legacy applications.
Power Automate RPA can interact with almost any function, application, or web page accessible from a Windows computer. It can handle repetitive processes users need to perform—downloading information, extracting data from documents, or uploading information into a specific system. Power Automate offers two types of RPA:
Power Automate Desktop can only be used on computers running Windows 10 or later; it can’t be used on other operating systems. It must run on a physical or virtual machine where it will execute its functions (Power Automate Desktop must be installed). For “Unattended” RPA scenarios, a Gateway must also be installed on the machine.
No matter your industry or needs, at Run IT we help you build a real transformation path.
